What have you been doing since 1975?
Since our last reunion I attended
(1985) I married (1986) and have moved more times than I want to think
about. I left my career as a Human Resource Manager to back
pack through Europe with my husband. Once we got back, I began working for
the Ronald McDonald House in Tucson. Our first little boy was then born
and 4 weeks later we moved to New Jersey due to Doug's job. We had an
exciting year traveling all over the east coast. We were then transferred
to Helena, Montana and lived there for 7 years. Our second little boy was
born in Helena and I stayed at home, taking care of them (toughest job I'll ever
have!). Recently, Doug accepted a position with a mining/smelting company
on the eastern side of Montana and we moved to Billings. We have been here
almost two years. My boys are now in third grade and kindergarten and are
busy playing baseball. Our family loves the outdoors and we really enjoy
the beauty of Montana. This winter we took our first trip to Yellowstone
to cross-country ski and snow mobile. It was a blast! We are avid
downhill skiers and welcome anyone who loves the wide outdoors to come visit
Montana! I will admit the first winter I was here and it was 45 degrees
BELOW 0, I was ready to take the first bus back to Arizona. Luckily, it's
a dry cold.
Memories of MHS:
My memories of MHS are mostly of
sitting in the Concentrator yearbook room laughing and laughing. Having
Mrs. Stewart tell me I was late turning in a paper or article. Going to
sporting events (basketball, football or basketball games) and looking forward
to driving around Globe afterwards.
